File License

Every BFW digital file comes with this license. It applies to all files in the store.

What you can do

✓ Use files for personal projects and learning.

✓ Cut and sell physical products made from the design. There is no production limit.

✓ Adapt the file to fit your machine, material, or size.

✓ Modify the design for your own production needs and sell the physical result.

✓ Use the file across your business or shop. One purchase covers your team.

What you cannot do

× Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file in any format.

× Use the file, original or modified, as the basis for a new digital file you sell or distribute to others.

× Claim the original design as your own work.

In plain terms: Buy the file, make things with it, sell what you make. What is not permitted is selling or sharing the file itself, or building another downloadable product from it.

Refund Policy

Digital Files

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. If there is a technical problem with the file itself (corrupted download, missing layers, broken geometry), contact me within 7 days and I will fix it or replace it. If you are unsure whether a file works with your setup, ask before you buy.

Physical Pieces

If your piece arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, photograph the packaging and the piece on arrival and write to me within 7 days of delivery. I will replace it or refund it. Pieces that arrive undamaged and correctly produced are non-refundable, as each piece is made to order.

Custom Work

Deposits paid toward custom modeling or toolpath work are non-refundable once production has started. If a project cannot be completed on my end, any work completed is credited toward future work or refunded at my discretion.

Shipping Policy

Digital Files

Delivered instantly via download link sent to your email after purchase. No shipping cost. No waiting.

Physical Pieces

Pieces ship from Bulgaria. Most pieces ship within 2 to 6 weeks of order confirmation. Smaller decorative pieces ship faster. Large wall installations take longer due to material curing, finish drying, and quality checks.

Shipping cost is quoted based on current carrier rates at the time of quoting. In rare cases, circumstances outside my control such as carrier surcharges, geopolitical disruptions, or route changes may affect the final shipping cost after a quote is issued. If this happens, I will notify you before proceeding. You will have the option to accept the updated cost or cancel with a full refund of any amount already paid.

Tracking information is provided when your piece ships.

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by destination and are not included in the quoted price.

Privacy Policy

This section explains what personal data BFW collects, why, and how it is handled. BFW is operated by Би Еф Дабълю Дизайн, based in Bulgaria, under EU law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data I collect

Name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order or request a quote. Payment information processed by Shopify and PayPal (I do not store card details directly). Email address if you subscribe to BFW marketing communications. Browsing data collected through Shopify's analytics and cookie systems.

Why I collect it

To process and fulfill your order or quote request. To communicate with you about your order. To send marketing emails, only with your consent. To understand how visitors use the store and improve it.

Where your data is stored

Order data is stored on Shopify's servers (GDPR-compliant, US-EU Data Privacy Framework). Email is handled via Google Workspace. Community membership data is held by Skool. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

How long I keep it

Order and financial data is retained as required by Bulgarian tax law. Marketing email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to hello@bfwcnc.com to exercise any of these rights. I will respond within 30 days.

Who can purchase

Purchases may be made by individuals aged 18 or older, or by businesses.

Pricing

All prices are shown at checkout. For quote-based products (custom work and physical pieces), the quoted price is fixed once you confirm the order.

Payment

Digital files require full payment at checkout. Physical pieces and custom work follow the payment schedule confirmed in your quote. Current payment methods are shown at checkout.

Orders

BFW reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. If an order is cancelled on our side, a full refund is issued.

Intellectual property

All designs, files, and content on bfwcnc.com are the property of Би Еф Дабълю Дизайн. Purchasing a file grants a license as described in the File License section above. It does not transfer ownership of the design.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Disputes are resolved first by direct contact at hello@bfwcnc.com.

Changes to these terms

BFW may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
