Tell me which design, the size you need, and any material or finish preferences. The quote form at the bottom of this page takes about 5 minutes to fill in.
We confirm the project
Within 24 hours you will get a response. For most pieces, that includes a fixed quote, a production timeline, and a clear answer on materials and finish. For larger or more complex pieces, the first response may ask follow-up questions before quoting.
We make it and ship it
Production is on demand. Nothing is held in inventory. Each piece is produced after you order, which is also why every piece can be adapted to your size, material, and finish. Delivery times typically run between 2 and 6 weeks depending on piece size, material, and finish.

You see it before it is made
For larger pieces, production starts with renders. You see what the piece will look like with your material and finish before any material is cut. Changes at that stage cost nothing. Changes after cutting cost material and time.

Frequently asked questions
How much do pieces cost?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on design, size, material, finish, and delivery location. You will get a fixed quote within 24 hours of submitting your request. No payment, no commitment required to receive a quote.
How long does production take?
Most pieces ship within 2 to 6 weeks of order confirmation. Smaller pieces like clocks and decorative panels ship faster. Large wall installations take longer because of material curing, finish drying, and quality checks. The exact timeline is confirmed in your quote.
Where do you ship?
Internationally, from Bulgaria, by courier. Shipping cost depends on size, weight, and destination. You see the full shipping cost in
your quote before you commit, with no hidden additions after you agree.
Customs duties and import taxes are separate from shipping cost.
Your country's customs authority sets these, not me, and you pay them on arrival if they apply. Ask in your quote request if you want an estimate for your destination.
Can I modify the design before production?
Yes, within reason. Size changes, material changes, and finish changes are normal and expected. Structural redesign of the pattern itself is a different category and falls under Custom Work. If you are not sure which applies to your request, describe what you want and I will tell you.
Do you handle installation?
No. Installation is handled by you or your contractor. Every piece ships with installation notes specific to its size and weight. For large installations, I am available by video call during the process if you want a second pair of eyes.
What if something goes wrong?
If your piece arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, photograph the packaging and the piece on arrival and write to me within 7 days. We will replace it or refund it.
Beyond delivery, every piece ships with care and installation notes. I am available by email for installation questions and material care for as long as the piece is yours. That is not a formal warranty. That is just how I work.
Payment terms?
For orders under $500, full payment upfront. For orders between $500 and $3,000, 50% upfront and 50% before shipping. For orders above $3,000, a payment schedule that fits the production timeline. Payment by card, bank transfer, or PayPal depending on amount and location.
Can I see a sample before committing?
For large or high-value orders, yes. A small material and finish sample can usually be produced first, billed separately. This is recommended when colour and texture need to match other materials already in the space.
Can designers and businesses order in bulk?
Yes. If you are planning multiple pieces, mention it in the form. Volume pricing is available and account-based arrangements can be made for repeat work.
